1. Introduction

Welcome to BrainBetz. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BrainBetz. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time and may suspend or terminate your account if we have reason to believe you are underage.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of BrainBet, you must register an account using your Roblox username. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fair outcomes

Game results are generated in a way you can check yourself (hashes, seeds, and roll logs where they apply). See the Provably fair page for how to verify.

5. Deposits, Balances, and Items

BrainBetz operates with real money. You fund your account by depositing cryptocurrency yourself to the address shown in the deposit flow; we do not take custody of fiat or handle bank transfers. Once confirmed on the blockchain, your deposit is credited to your platform balance in USD value.

For SAB (Brainrot) deposits, you must complete the deposit trade exactly as instructed by the platform. SAB transfers are user-initiated and generally irreversible once sent. If you send SAB items to the wrong Roblox account, accept an unsafe trade, or otherwise transfer to an address/user outside the platform instructions, that is treated as a user-side loss and is not refundable.

You must only deposit SAB items that appear in the official supported list shown in the SAB deposit flow ( View list ). If you deposit an SAB item that is not in that list, we may be unable to process it: you will not receive credit for that item and no refund is guaranteed.

For SAB game modes, BrainBetz applies a 5% house edge per game. This means item value equivalent to 5% is deducted as part of game settlement. By creating, joining, or otherwise playing SAB games, you acknowledge and agree to this 5% SAB game fee model. This is the primary platform fee/house edge for SAB games.

Your balance can be used to buy items on the Marketplace and to acquire in-game purchasable items from supported Roblox games. Items bought through BrainBetz are delivered in-game and reflect real value tied to your deposits. You acknowledge that prices can change based on market conditions and availability, and that once an item is delivered the purchase is final unless stated otherwise in these terms.

BrainBetz is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation or any of the games we support. Use of in-game item features is subject to the rules of the individual game; we are not responsible for changes those games make to item behavior or availability.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or cheat in any games
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Use alternate accounts or self-matching (for example, joining games against yourself) to satisfy or circumvent promotional code requirements, including wager or playthrough conditions
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
• Engage in any form of collusion with other users
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Promotional programs and alternate accounts

Creating or using additional accounts, including to play against yourself or to generate artificial wagering, is prohibited, especially when done to exploit promotional codes, referral benefits, or similar offers that depend on real play or wager requirements.

If we determine that you have abused promotions in this way, we may, at our sole discretion, take action including but not limited to: removing or zeroing account balance associated with the abuse; refusing, cancelling, or failing withdrawal requests; revoking promotional credits; suspending or terminating one or all of your accounts; and reversing or voiding related transactions. You agree that such measures do not entitle you to compensation beyond what we choose to restore in good faith after review.

8. Partner creators, promo codes, withdrawals, and bot features

If you are a partner or streamer creator on BrainBetz (as we designate or list), you must not redeem promotional codes on the platform. Promo programs are intended for regular players, not creator accounts.

If you have a commercial or partnership arrangement with us that includes restrictions on withdrawals (for example, a non-withdraw or limited-withdraw deal), we may disable or refuse withdrawals on your account in line with that agreement. This helps prevent abuse where creator-only tools, such as summoning a PvP bot or similar features that are not available to normal players, could otherwise be used to extract value unfairly.

In those cases you may be unable to cash out balance or items as you would on a standard account, and you agree that you are not entitled to a refund of platform balance or virtual items solely because withdrawal is restricted under your creator deal or for abuse of creator-only features. We may apply these measures at our discretion where we believe the spirit of the creator program or your agreement has been violated.

9. Limitation of Liability

BrainBetz is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any losses incurred while using our platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose items. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Lost or Unrecoverable Funds

BrainBetz operates as a platform and does not hold or custody user funds beyond what is required to process deposits, balances, and withdrawals within the platform. In the event that funds are lost due to circumstances outside of our direct control, including but not limited to blockchain network failures, third-party service outages, smart contract errors, incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user, network congestion, or any other external factor, BrainBetz cannot guarantee and will not be obligated to provide a refund if the platform does not hold the corresponding funds.

Specifically:

• If a cryptocurrency transaction is lost on the blockchain network and never reaches our platform, we cannot credit or refund that amount.
• If an SAB (Brainrot) deposit trade is sent to the wrong person/account, completed with an incorrect item set/value, or otherwise not delivered to the designated platform recipient, we cannot reverse, recover, or refund those funds/items.
• If an SAB item is deposited that is not included in the official supported SAB deposit list (the in-flow View list), we may not be able to process or return it, and no credit/refund is guaranteed.
• If you send funds to an incorrect or unsupported wallet address, BrainBetz bears no responsibility for recovery.
• If a third-party payment provider or blockchain service experiences an outage or error resulting in lost funds, refunds are not guaranteed.
• If platform funds are insufficient to cover a refund at the time of the request due to external losses or operational circumstances, we reserve the right to defer or partially fulfil refunds only to the extent that funds are available.

We will always make a best-effort attempt to investigate and resolve fund loss issues transparently, but by using BrainBetz you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of BrainBetz after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
